Clients log into their account, check their subscription status,
enter cases, receive answers, and are routed to your sales staff for
support. Building a 24-hour support offering requires a significant
logistical, capital, technical and training investment. We've done
this for you.
Our staff are trained via our OSEngage Process(tm) to handle multiple
levels of product support. Our infrastructure allows cases to be
escalated to Open Source vendor staff and management according to a
process and set of business rules agreed to in the client contract.
