Our OSEngage(tm) process is designed to help companies reach their service delivery potential. It follows some steps:

• Initial Shadowing - we go with you to the customer site and assist.
• Initial Engagements - conducting training, consulting and other types of service that the vendor engages in presently.
• Quick Sale Service Product - finding an initial service product or set of service products that can be sold easily and delivered cheaply
• Service Product Catalog design - working with a vendor's technical, sales staff, and key customers, we design a set of service products that the customer can use throughout the service lifecycle
• Ongoing support- through our best of breed support portal and infrastructure we provide subscription based support to your customers under your branding

All services are delivered under the vendor's branding. Our customers are the vendors themselves and we are not interested in "owning the customer relationship".
